Shaft and claw coupling stainless steel V4A 1.4404: KKYS 1500

The KKYS 1500 shaft coupling made of V4A (1.4404) stainless steel is a claw coupling in a small design with an installation length of just 15 mm and a diameter of 26.5 mm. It is attached using screw hubs.
The KKYS demonstrates its strength above all in the reduction of short-term torque surges. Thanks to its positive torque transmission, it reduces irregularities in the transmission of movement and force, compensating for shaft misalignments very well in particular. The noise-reducing effect should also be noted.
This is achieved, among other things, by the pluggable coupling design with the aid of integrable plastic elements. Depending on the torque, the damping element can be selected from three different alternatives in terms of Shore hardness. The following principle applies:
Lowest Shore hardness BLUE. Medium Shore hardness WHITE. Highest Shore hardness RED.
