Thanks to their very high torsional spring stiffness and robust diaphragms, abp spring disc couplings are a proven transmission element, even in critical applications and at high speeds. Depending on the design, they are electrically insulating, ideal for encoders or transducers and enable very good shaft misalignments.

We cover a wide range of applications with various sizes in the spring disc coupling range. The many lengths that can be ordered allow you to optimally utilise the available installation space. The FSXK 3019, for example, can be used very flexibly due to its short installation space. abp spring disc clutches are made up of different components and therefore offer various advantages such as electrical insulation in the variants with a plastic centre section.

Favoured areas of application: In addition to transducers, they are used as a standard application for normal rotary encoders. They are less expensive than bellows couplings, for example. Areas of application include rotary encoders, angle encoders, stepper motors, automatic handling machines, NC and CNC machines, high-precision measuring applications, in machine tools for encoder attachment and cutting devices.
