Heavy-duty Helix couplings: maximum force in minimum space

abp heavy-duty Helix couplings have been specially developed for large force transmissions in small installation spaces. The special technical feature: in the heavy-duty versions, several helixes are milled into the aluminium body, which ensures more even force transmission and better vibration damping. The helix body is freely rotated. Another advantage is the temperature range of -40 to +140 degrees Celsius.

These multi-coil clutches are significantly more stable, stiffer and harder in terms of power transmission. Misalignments are optimally compensated and more torque can be transmitted. abp offers versions with 3 and 6 helixes, which can be used universally and ensure backlash-free and angularly synchronised transmission of rotary movements.
