Thanks to our special manufacturing process, our double loop couplings guarantee uniform material thickness and therefore maximum reliability.
Double loop couplings from abp can compensate for very large radial, axial and angular misalignments. The unique design with its special compensation element made of polyurethane Hytrel® (in double loop form) makes the double loop couplings extremely shock- and vibration-damping.
The double loop couplings from abp also have excellent electrical decoupling and thermal insulation. They are considered to be smooth-running and maintenance-free.
Our double loop couplings in the DKPSX version have hubs made from 1.4305 stainless steel, while the DKPSY is made from 1.4404 stainless steel. In combination with these hubs, the coupling is also available with an FDA-compliant balancing element as DKPSF.
